On the 2003-2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser Turbo, the compressed air leaves the turbo, travels through a steel pipe under the engine, and then connects to a rubber coupler that connects to the intercooler. This rubber coupler has low clearance between it and other items nearby. It can sometimes rub against the oil pan, or motor mount and be damaged, or develop cracks.


This coupler was never available separately from Mopar, so we thought we would make a replacement, high strength but flexible coupler.


This coupler was modeled after the OEM and fits perfectly. The hose is made from 4 ply silicone so its plenty strong and will never tear or be damaged by high boost levels. We include two new clamps with the hose.


Please note that this hose may look like a standard 90 degree coupler but its not. This hose has a inlet that has an angle to it for better clearance. If you try using a off the shelf 90, it wont sit correctly.
