If you own a 2013-2016 Dart with 1.4 Turbo motor or 2012-2019 Fiat 500 1.4 Turbo, at some point you will likely have a torn rubber boot on the intercooler piping where it attaches to the turbo outlet. If you call a dealership to ask about a replacement part, they will tell you that you have to purchase a steel piping piece with rubber couplers for a large sum of money. The last time we checked the metal pipe and coupler was over $200 from Mopar/Fiat. The issue is not the steel piping, that will last forever, but the coupler needs to be replaced.


So, what we did, is we worked with a silicone manufacturer to make a 3 ply silicone coupler exactly like the OEM coupler that will not tear and leak boost pressure.


This coupler is very unique as it has two different sizes for the inlet and outlet, and it also has a twist to the coupler. So, you wont be able to find a replacement off of Ebay for this very unique factory coupler.


This coupler is a direct replacement, and also comes with two new clamps, because the factory clamps are designed to be permanent and never removed. You will need to cut off the oem clamps, install this new silicone coupler and clamps. Then you wont ever have to deal with loss of boost pressure/power and weird idle issues from a cracked OEM coupler!


This coupler will work with all factory turbo outlet pipes, and any other piping that uses the OEM coupler.
