The 2013-2016 Dodge Dart as well as Fiat 500/500X/500L with 1.4 turbo engine has a coolant pump that when the engine is turned off circulates coolant to cool the turbo bearings. There is a plastic tee fitting in the coolant lines that goes from a large size down to a smaller size, and due to constant thermal cycling, this plastic tee has a tendency to break, and leak. Mopar sells a replacement tee assembly kit, but it will break again like the first one.
We have come up with a solution that will last the life of the car. We have created an assembly that is made with American made brass that will never break and is a direct replacement for the plastic OEM tee fitting. This assembly has ribs to lock onto the factory hoses and will not leak and it will never break like the factory plastic one does. Installation is simple and you reuse your old clamps.
